Have you felt the need to Cut down on your drinking or drug use?
Do you feel Annoyed by people complaining about your drinking or drug use?
Do you ever feel Guilty about your drinking or drug use?
Do you ever drink or use a drug as an Eyeopener in the morning to relieve shakes or cravings?

If you answered “yes” to two or more questions, evidence suggests that you have a problem.
