Jacquelyn St. Germaine, Ph.D., Executive Director of Perspectives Counseling Services, an intensive outpatient program for chemical dependency.

Dr. St. Germaine is a licensed psychologist and a licensed independent alcohol and drug abuse counselor, who has headed a number of successful addiction treatment centers for over 20 years. She has also served as consultant, trainer, professor, researcher, author, and expert witness in the areas of alcohol and drug use, ethics and forensic psychology.

She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, an MA in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University, a MSEd. in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Forensic Psychology from Capella University.
