Family Program Counselor
Donna facilitates our Family Program. She provides a series of educational and therapeutic sessions designed to provide family members with the necessary tools and support to make their own life changes and recover from the effects of alcohol, drugs, and gambling in the family.
Donna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, and practiced for over 15 years in Maine before moving to Tucson. After arriving in Tucson she worked for Providence Services for three years, working with families and sexual abuse survivors. Donna is also a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and has many years of experience working with families and individuals affected by alcohol and drugs. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, and working with trauma survivors.
Diane Justus, CADAC, CCS, LICDC, ICCS
Intake / Aftercare Counselor
Diane provides assessments for incoming clients as well as facilitating our Aftercare Program. She provides relapse prevention and life skills training in a group setting for people who have completed our Intensive Outpatient Program.
Diane holds and Associate's of Applied Science Degree in Law Enforcement/Corrections. She is a former Probation Officer in a Municipal Court setting. Additionally, she has over 700 hours in additional education/specialized training in addictions counseling, gambling counseling, DUI services, family interventions, and co-occurring disorders. She has been a counselor since 1990 and practiced over 17 years in Ohio before moving to Tucson. Diane has worked with both adolescent and adult populations. She is certified as an International Certified Clinical Supervisor; as she spent the last several years as a Clinical Supervisor of a Primary Treatment Center specializing in addictions treatment in Ohio. Also, she has experience providing de-escalation training and drug free workplace training.
Diana Lett, LMSW
IOP Counselor
Diana facilitates our Intensive Outpatient Program. She provides relapse prevention, education, and support for better living in a supportive small group setting.
Diana holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. She has specialized training in addictions counseling, gambling counseling, the biological basis of addictions, treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders, and Redecision Therapy.
Del Worley, MC
Clinical Director
Del oversees Perspectives Counseling Services Programs and performs counselor supervision.
Del is a counselor and educator who has worked as an addiction professional for 21 years. Her counseling specialties are addictions, trauma recovery, and chronic pain management. She is adjunct faculty at Pima Community College, teaching and developing addiction courses, and at Prescott College, where she is a graduate advisor in the Counseling and Psychology Program. She is co-owner of Southwest Institute For Group and Family Therapy which provides quality education for counselors and is certified by NBCC as a continuing education provider. She has presented locally, nationally and internationally on addiction, chronic pain management, relapse prevention and treatment of trauma. She is taught addiction counseling, addiction prevention and ethics at Beijing Medical University in March of 2007 with the International Center for Health Concerns as part of China’s ongoing process to certify addiction professionals. She is a Diplomat and currently a Board member of the Redecision Therapy Association.
